Pradhan Mantri Kisan 2023:14th Installment Rules
Only eligible people can avail the benefits of PM Kisan Yojana. Samman Nidhi payment is available only to farmers who cultivate their land in less than 14 hectares. Besides, the state has also announced the list of non-beneficiaries who are ineligible for payment of honorarium.
- Institutional landowners as producers are not eligible for benefits.
- Those who are former and present Members of Lok Sabha Senate, Ministers/Ministers of State or Members of State Legislature are not eligible. Apart from that, members of the State Legislative Council, Mayors of Municipal Corporations and Presidents of Zilla Panchayats holding constitutional posts are also ineligible for Samman Nidhi.
- Ministries, departments, offices, and officials who work for cur rent or former departments and affiliated organizations are also not included in the list.
- Individuals who spend Rs. 10,000 or more receiving pension are not eligible for Samman Nidhi.
Who will benefit?
Many farmers across the country are receiving economic empowerment through the Central Government's initiative, the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Farmers who sign up for this program get an annual support payment of Rs 6,000. In three payments of Rs 2000 each, this cash is delivered directly to the beneficiary farmer's bank account every 3 months.
