સ્વસ્થ બાલક - બાલીકા સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન કરવા બાબત . સંદર્ભઃ- ( ૧ ) કમિશ્નરશ્રી , મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ કચેરી , ગાંધીનગરનો પત્ર ક્રમાંકઃ- આઇસીડીએસ / પોષણ અભિયાન ૧૩૮૮૫-૮૭ / ૨૨ તા . ૧૧/૦૩/૨૦૨૨ ( ૨ ) અત્રેની કચેરીનો પત્ર ક્રમાંકઃ- પ્રાશિનિ ઇ -૨ / સંકલન ૨૦૨૨ / ૧૦૪-૯૦ તા . ૦૧ / ૦૧ / ર ૦ રર ઉપર્યુક્ત વિષય અને સંદર્ભ પરત્વે જણાવવાનું કે , દેશમાં બાળકોના આરોગ્ય અને પોષણની સ્થિતિ સુધારવા સમુદાયની સહભાગીતા માટે મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ દ્વારા તા . ૦૮ થી ૧૪ જાન્યુઆરી ૨૦૨૨ સુધી આરોગ્ય અને પોષણના મુદ્દાઓ બાબતે “ સ્વસ્થ બાલક - બાલીકા સ્પર્ધા " નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવેલ હતું . COVID - 19 ની પરિસ્થિતિને ધ્યાને લઇ ભારત સરકારશ્રીના મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા ‘ ‘ સ્વસ્થ બાલક - બાલીકા સ્પર્ધા " મુલતવી રાખવામાં આવેલ હતી . ભારત સારકારના મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ મંત્રાલયના તા . ૦૪/૧૨/૨૦૨૨ ના પત્રથી તા . ૨૧ થી ૨૭ માર્ચ ૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન સમગ્ર દેશમાં " સ્વસ્થ બાલક - બાલીકા સ્પર્ધા નું આયોજન કરવાનો નિર્ણય કરવામાં આવેલ છે . જેમાં ૦ થી ૬ વર્ષની વયજુથના તમામ બાળકો ઊંચાઈ અને વજન માપવા પર ભાર મૂકવામાં આવેલ છે . જે અન્વયે “ સ્વસ્થ બાલક - બાલીકા સ્પર્ધા " સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન સફળતા પૂર્વક કરી તેનું મોનિટરીંગ કરવા માટે કમિશ્નરશ્રી , મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ કચેરી , ગાંધીનગરના તા . ૦૮/૧૨/૨૦૨૧ ના પત્રથી જે તે જિલ્લાના નાયબ મ્યુનિસિપલ કમિશ્નરશ્રી તથા જિલ્લા વિકાસ અધિકારીશ્રીને નોડલ ઓફિસરશ્રી તરીકે નિયુક્ત કરવામાં આવેલ છે . તારીખ ૨૧ થી ૨૭ માર્ચ ૨૦૨૨ દરમ્યાન યોજાનાર આ સ્પર્ધાના આયોજન તૈયારી અને અમલીકરણને સરળ બનાવવા માટે ભારત સરકારના મહિલા અને બાળ વિકાસ મંત્રાલય દ્વારા માર્ગદર્શિકા પણ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવેલ છે . આ માર્ગદર્શિકા મુજબ રાજ્યના ગ્રામિણ અને શહેરી વિસ્તારોમાં ૦ થી ૬ વર્ષની વયજૂથના તમામ બાળકોના વજન અને ઊંચાઇનું માપન વિવિધ એજન્સીઓ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવનાર છે . આંગણવાડી કેન્દ્ર દ્વારા આવરી લેવામાં આવતા ભૌગોલિક વિસ્તારમાં આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર દ્વારા બાળકોના ઉંચાઇ અને વજન કરવામાં આવે તે વાતને પ્રાધાન્ય આપવામાં આવેલ છે . આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર ઉપરાંત એનજીઓ , લાયન્સ ક્લબ , રોટરી ક્લબ , રેસિડેન્શિયલ વેલ્ફેર એસોસીએશન , ઈન્ડિયન મેડિકલ એસોસિએશન , પેડિયાટ્રિક એસોસિએશન , એમ્પ્લોયર્સ એસોસિએશન , શાળાના શિક્ષકો , યુથ ક્લબ વગેરે પણ બાળકોના ઉંચાઇ અને વજનના માપનનું કાર્ય કરી શકે છે . ઉપરાંત આંગણવાડી કાર્યકર સિવાય જે એજન્સી આ સ્પર્ધા અંતર્ગત બાળકોના ઉંચાઇ અને વજનના માપનની કામગીરીમાં સહભાગી થવા માંગતા હોય તેઓની જિલ્લા વહીવટી તંત્ર દ્વારા તા . ૦૭ માર્ચ ૨૦૨૨ થી પોષણ ટ્રેકર એપ્લિકેશન પર સ્વસ્થ બાલક બાલિકા " સ્પર્ધાના ઓનલાઈન મોડ્યુલમાં નોંધણી ( રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ) કરાવવાની રહે છે .

The festival is included in the flagship program of the year 2021.


The Hon'ble Prime Minister has called upon the office bearers of Panchayati Raj Institutions to celebrate the birthday of the primary school of each village in an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the program of Gujarat Panchayat Mahasammelan in Ahmedabad.


The Hon'ble Prime Minister while giving guidance said that school is not just a place of four walls. But the whole village is a symbol of vitality. Every citizen of the village should always feel the pride of the school.


Respect. The Prime Minister has also instructed the citizens of the village to come together on the birth day of the school to celebrate the birth anniversary of the school in a humane manner and also to make resolutions like cleaning the school.


The celebration of school birthday would be more meaningful if every school in the state also arranges a "date meal" for the children in the school with the public cooperation of village elders, office bearers, school family, leaders, institutions, alumni. According to which, during the celebration of the school's birthday, it is requested to get public cooperation for the date meal and to organize it properly.

The implementation of which has to be done as soon as the food is given in the schools and it has to be given enough publicity on the public board of the school also.


In the near future, a decision will be taken by the state government to start mid-day meal in the primary schools of Std. 1 to 8. Necessary instructions have also been given to


Grain (wheat) to the administrators for starting immediate mid-day meal scheme in schoolsAnd rice), cottonseed oil, native chickpeas and one month permit for Basket of Pulses It needs to be issued immediately by So that delays can be avoided. According to which the quantity will be available on the taluka godown by the corporation soon. It is requested to give necessary instructions to the Mamlatdars and to ask the Deputy Collector (M.B.Yo) to keep necessary monitoring / supervision so that the work of issuing permit also starts within the time limit.
